Festival FAQ
What are the dates and times for the 2027 festival?
The Moss & Majesty Festival takes place on Saturday, April 10th and Sunday, April 11th, 2027. Gates open at 10:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM both days.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase online through our official website. We highly recommend buying in advance to secure your entry, as on-site sales may be limited.
Is there a costume policy?
Costumes are highly encouraged but not mandatory! We invite all guests to dress in their finest renaissance, fantasy, or historical attire. Please ensure all costume weapons are peace-bonded at the gate.
What kind of food and drink will be available?
A wide variety of period-inspired food and modern favorites will be available, including turkey legs, mead, ale, and vegetarian options. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the festival grounds.
Is the festival accessible for those with mobility issues?
We strive to make Camp Patten as accessible as possible. However, the terrain is naturally uneven with grass and dirt paths. Dedicated ADA parking and accessible restrooms will be provided.
Are pets allowed at the festival?
For the safety and comfort of all our guests and performers, we have a no-pet policy. Only officially documented service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted.
Will there be a dedicated parking area?
Yes, parking is available on-site at Camp Patten. Please follow the directional signage and instructions from our parking marshals upon arrival.
What happens if it rains?
The Moss & Majesty Festival is a rain-or-shine event! In the case of severe weather, we may pause festivities for safety, but we recommend dressing for the elements to fully enjoy the day.
Are there age limits?
Moss & Majesty is a family-friendly festival welcomed to all ages. Children under 5 typically receive free admission. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I be a vendor or performer?
We are always looking for unique artisans and talented performers to join our guild!
